About the School
History Michael Cranny E.S. is named after the original landowner from the early 1800s. After doing a historical research on the area, School Council suggested Michael Cranny as the name for the new school. Not far from the school is the original family homestead that the City of Vaughan now owns and operates. Our school mascot is a cobra. We are the Cranny Cobras! Facilities Michael Cranny E.S. was officially opened in 2000.
